New York Licensed Product Counsel

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time New York Licensed Product Counsel will provide legal, regulatory, and strategic advice during the product development lifecycle, focusing on complex financial arrangements and regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide risk-principled legal and regulatory advice to product, design, marketing, and technology teams
• Support complex financial arrangements involving cryptocurrency and traditional finance, including drafting and negotiating agreements
• Build relationships with leadership and stakeholders regarding regulatory matters impacting products

Required qualifications:

• JD degree
• Minimum 6 years of relevant legal experience at a law firm or in-house
• Fluency in English
• Member of a US state bar in good standing
