Key Responsibilities

• Examine claims forms and investigate claims to determine coverage and liability
• Prepare reports and settle claims by issuing settlement checks and making necessary filings
• Maintain compliance with regulations, control claims costs, and mentor junior adjusters

Required Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 2 years of claims handling experience
• Must be licensed as required by state and local jurisdictions
• Completion of continuing education requirements
• 5+ years of Property Adjuster experience preferred
