Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychiatric NP Supervisor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care to patients while supervising a team of 6-8 clinicians
• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Lead team meetings and foster a positive, growth-oriented culture among clinicians

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree or higher in Nursing, with completion of a BSN
• Valid Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) / Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license
• Active DEA License in good standing
• PMHNP-BC: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Board Certified
• 3-5 years of cumulative experience as a PMHNP, with prior supervisory experience preferred
