Job Summary

To provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric care, the full-time New York Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will manage a remote practice focused on lower to moderate acuity populations, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, while enjoying clinical autonomy and minimal administrative burden.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for patients
• Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy in a fully remote telepsychiatry model
• Collaborate with an integrated care network while maintaining clinical decision-making autonomy

Required qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority in New York
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
• Experience in delivering outpatient psychiatric care
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records for accurate documentation
