Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner - Telehealth Psychiatry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for Virtual ExpressCare Behavioral Health service through audio-visual and audio-only mediums
• Assess and treat mental health conditions and substance use disorders, including medication management and crisis intervention techniques
• Document findings and participate in performance improvement and quality improvement projects

Required Qualifications

• Completion of 3,600 hours of qualifying NP practice as required by NYS law
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers certification
• Valid New York State license and current registration as a Registered Professional Nurse
• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner issued by the New York State Department of Education
• Board Eligible or Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner
