Job Summary
Seeking a New York Licensed Psychotherapist, the full-time position will provide psychotherapy services to a diverse caseload of individuals, couples, and families, focusing on gender, sexuality, and relationship issues in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy services to a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week, including individuals and couples
- Maintain case notes and documentation while participating in individual and group supervision
- Assist in the development and implementation of workshops and training sessions as needed
Required qualifications
- Possess an LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-R, MHC, or LMHC and be licensed in New York
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing therapy to LGBTQ+, kinky, and non-monogamous individuals
- Demonstrated success in implementing therapeutic modalities such as CBT, IFS, and trauma-informed practices
- Commitment to a minimum of 3 years with the practice
- Experience in providing therapy for sexual-related issues, including sexual anxiety and functioning
