Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychotherapist (LGBTQ+ Specialty).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy services to a diverse caseload, including individuals, couples, and families
• Maintain case notes and required documentation
• Participate in individual and group supervision, and assist in workshops and marketing tasks as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Possess an LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-R, MHC, or LMHC, licensed in New York
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy
• Experience providing therapy to LGBTQ+, kinky, and non-monogamous individuals
• Demonstrated success in implementing therapeutic modalities such as CBT, IFS, and trauma-informed practices
• Commitment to a minimum of 3 years with the organization
