Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time New York Licensed Psychotherapist will provide psychotherapy services to a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week, focusing on gender, sexuality, and relationship issues, while working remotely in New York.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy while maintaining case notes and documentation
- Participate in weekly individual and group clinical supervision sessions
- Assist in the creation and implementation of workshops and training opportunities
Required qualifications
- Possess an LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-R, MHC, or LMHC and be licensed in New York
- At least 1 year of experience providing therapy to LGBTQ+, kinky, and non-monogamous individuals
- Demonstrated success in implementing modalities such as CBT, IFS, and trauma-informed practices
- Commit to a minimum of 3 years with the practice
- Experience in providing therapy for sexual-related issues, including sexual anxiety and functioning
