New York Licensed Psychotherapist

Job Summary

Seeking a New York Licensed Psychotherapist, the full-time position will provide psychotherapy services to a diverse caseload of individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on gender, sexuality, and relationships, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy services to a minimum of 25 completed sessions per week, including individual and group therapy
• Maintain case notes and documentation in accordance with practice policies
• Participate in individual and group supervision sessions, and assist in creating workshops and training opportunities

Required qualifications:

• Possess an LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-R, MHC, or LMHC, and be licensed in New York
• At least 1 year of experience in providing therapy to LGBTQ+, kinky, and non-monogamous individuals
• Experience with modalities such as CBT, IFS, and trauma-informed practices
• Commitment to a minimum of 3 years with the practice
• Demonstrated success in providing therapy for sexual-related issues
