Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time New York Licensed Psychotherapist will provide psychotherapy services to a diverse caseload, including individuals, couples, and families, while working remotely and focusing on issues related to gender, sexuality, and relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy services to a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week, including individuals and couples
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation while participating in individual and group supervision
- Assist in the development and implementation of workshops and training opportunities for clients and staff
Required qualifications
- Possess an LMSW, LCSW, MHC, or LMHC license in New York
- At least 1 year of experience providing therapy to LGBTQ+, kinky, and non-monogamous individuals
- Demonstrated success in implementing therapeutic modalities such as CBT, IFS, and trauma-informed practices
- Commit to a minimum of 3 years with the practice
- Experience in providing therapy for sexual-related issues, including sexual anxiety and functioning
