New York Licensed Psychotherapist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time New York Licensed Psychotherapist will provide psychotherapy services to a diverse caseload, including individuals, couples, and families, while working remotely and maintaining a minimum of 25 completed sessions per week.

Key responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy services to a minimum caseload of ~28-30 clients, including individuals, couples, and families
• Maintain case notes and documentation, ensuring compliance with G&STC policies
• Participate in individual and group clinical supervision, and assist in creating G&STC workshops and training

Required qualifications

• Possess an LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-R, MHC, or LMHC and be licensed in New York
• At least 1 year of experience providing therapy to LGBTQ+, kinky, and non-monogamous individuals
• Demonstrated success in implementing modalities such as CBT, IFS, and trauma-informed practices
• Commit to a minimum of 3 years with G&STC
• Experience in providing therapy for sexual-related issues, including sexual anxiety and compulsive behaviors
