Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance RN for Long Term Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of clinical documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards and accuracy
• Maintain tracking tools to log areas needing improvement in staff documentation performance
• Provide training and re-education sessions for Assessment nurses on best practices and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Active NY RN License
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in nursing or healthcare administration
• Knowledge of regulations from the Department of Health and CMS
• Experience in medical records review and case management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and healthcare terminology
