Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
• Conduct audits to assess documentation quality and provide feedback for improvement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology)
• Active clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMHC-D, LMFT-D)
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Previous experience in behavioral health or therapy documentation
