Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Quality Improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for quality improvement initiatives across all business units
  • Research and implement best practices in collaboration with health plan and specialty company business units
  • Organize and oversee activities and resources to achieve enterprise-wide quality improvement strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Health Care Administration
  • 8+ years of quality improvement experience
  • Healthcare operations management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of NCQA and HEDIS technical specifications
  • Master's degree preferred
