A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team on a remote basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and hire candidates for wealth advisor and financial advisor roles
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Focus on candidates with CFP and Series 65 credentials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience recruiting for financial advisors and wealth management roles
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with UKG or similar ATS platforms is preferred
