Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-growth environment
- Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment across multiple functions or locations
- Strong sourcing expertise using various channels including job boards and social media
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment
