Key Responsibilities

• Own the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closing, ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers
• Proactively source and attract passive candidates using creative strategies and referral networks
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to align on role requirements and improve recruiting strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-growth environment
• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment across multiple functions or locations
• Strong sourcing expertise using various channels including job boards and social media
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment
