Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and periodic nutritional assessments and develop care plans
• Provide nutritional counseling and education to participants and their families
• Coordinate food service oversight and ensure compliance with dietary standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in food and nutrition or dietetics
• Four years of progressively responsible work experience, including three years in management
• Minimum of one year of experience with the frail elderly population
