A company is looking for a Senior Regulatory Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, interpret, and advise on SEC and SRO rules
• Draft and submit rule changes and amendments with the SEC
• Work directly on regulatory examinations and lead responses

Required Qualifications

• JD degree with a deep understanding of SRO roles and SEC rules
• Significant experience in regulatory rule filings
• Ability to make risk-based recommendations and decisions
• Experience liaising with regulatory bodies and industry groups
• Organizational skills adaptable to a start-up culture
