Job Summary

To shape the future of AI career guidance, experienced New York Licensed Rehabilitation Therapists will work remotely on a freelance basis to evaluate and improve AI systems by reviewing career-related inquiries, crafting expert-level responses, and developing evaluation rubrics for accuracy and relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and respond to career-related questions from rehabilitation professionals at various stages
• Write high-quality "golden answers" that provide expert career guidance based on clinical practice
• Develop evaluation rubrics to assess the accuracy and usefulness of AI-generated career advice

Required qualifications

• Licensed or experienced Rehabilitation Therapist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or related healthcare professional
• Strong understanding of healthcare career progression and clinical licensing in New York
• Experience mentoring students, residents, or junior clinicians
• Excellent written communication skills for delivering clear and actionable advice
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet quality expectations
