Job Summary

Utilizing extensive claims management experience, the fully remote New York Licensed Resolution Specialist will analyze claims exposure and litigation, interact with various parties to ensure effective communication, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze and resolve complex claims while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of claims
• Collaborate with clients to enhance the claims management process and deliver innovative solutions

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active New York Adjusters' license
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
