New York Licensed Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

To optimize productivity and performance within revenue cycle operations, the full-time remote New York Licensed Revenue Cycle Manager will manage strategic planning, data analysis, and resource allocation while ensuring compliance and addressing patient complaints.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically plans and evaluates revenue cycle operations functions to maximize cash flow and operational efficiencies
• Utilizes data analysis to minimize denials and optimize performance and net cash collections
• Manages revenue cycle dashboards and collaborates with leaders to drive improvements across operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare, accounting, finance, or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare administration or revenue cycle management
• Working knowledge of the full revenue cycle management process, including coding, billing, and accounts receivable
• Comprehensive knowledge of CPT, HCPC, and ICD-10 codes
• Radiology Certified Coder (RCC) certification or equivalent coding certification
