New York Licensed Revenue Integrity Manager

Job Summary

Providing oversight for coding compliance and education initiatives, the remote Senior Manager Revenue Integrity will manage coding accuracy, establish audit frameworks, and lead a team to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee coding compliance and maintain audit frameworks to monitor accuracy and compliance
• Serve as a resource for coding and compliance interpretation while translating regulatory changes into operational workflows
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff in coding, auditing, and education functions, fostering a culture of accountability and improvement

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
• CPC, CCS, RHIA, or equivalent coding certification
• 10+ years of experience in coding, auditing, compliance, or revenue integrity
• Proven experience in leading coding compliance, audit, or education programs
• Demonstrated expertise in professional fee coding across multiple specialties and knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and CMS regulations
