Job Summary

New York Licensed Risk Consultant, a full-time position, provides proactive, data-driven risk management consultative services and guidance to healthcare professionals and organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and identify preventable risk vulnerabilities in healthcare settings
• Provide expert-level risk management consultations and develop customized risk service plans for clients
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement risk reduction strategies and prepare professional reports with recommendations

Required Qualifications

• RN or Bachelor's degree in a health-related field; advanced degree preferred
• Certification in Health Care Risk Management (CPHRM) within the first year
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare delivery, risk management, and patient safety principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other technology-based applications
• Experience in leadership roles, including committee leadership and supervisory positions
