Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Field Clinical Manager - Home Care Operations & Case Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and support for authorization review and care coordination
• Supervise and develop nursing staff, ensuring compliance and quality in patient care
• Coordinate care and manage escalations with providers, payors, and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Current NYS Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of professional nursing experience
• Home care, case management, or supervisory experience preferred
• Proficiency in HHAX and Microsoft Office
