Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Manage patient intake, including taking vital signs and documenting in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Review and update medication lists, complete referrals, and track patient compliance
Educate patients on medications, testing procedures, and home care techniques

Required Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Current unencumbered NYS RN license
Basic Life Support certification
6 months of previous RN experience
