Job Summary

A company is looking for a School Based Full Cycle Recruiter & Staffing Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with school-based program objectives
• Coordinate staffing for school-based ABA cases and manage relationships with school district contacts
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on recruitment metrics and staffing effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in New York State
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in ABA or special education
• Proficiency in using ATS systems and understanding of employment laws
• Ability to manage multiple staffing assignments effectively
