Job Summary

To support the evaluation of New York administrator candidates, the part-time New York Licensed Scoring Associate will evaluate test responses, engage in consensus scoring activities, and address various types of bias while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate responses to test questions by New York administrator candidates
• Internalize scoring standards and participate in consensus scoring discussions
• Recognize and address various types of bias in scoring processes

Required qualifications

• Current certification as a School Building Leader, School District Leader, or School District Business Leader, or recent experience as an educator advising administrator candidates
• Basic computer skills (keyboard, mouse)
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to maintain a confidential work environment
• Eligibility to work in the United States
