Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager (hybrid, Plainview, NY).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and maintain relationships with clients and carrier contacts
• Oversee the renewal and marketing process in collaboration with Account Executives and Advisors
• Create and maintain client files in accordance with office procedures

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or education preferred
• More than seven years of experience in Commercial Lines and the insurance industry
• Proficiency in agency management systems, particularly EPIC
• Strong business writing skills demonstrated through relevant assessments
• P&C Insurance License required upon hire
