Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and maintain relationships with clients and carriers
• Oversee the renewal and marketing process in collaboration with Account Executives and Advisors
• Communicate directly with clients and carriers, ensuring accurate client file maintenance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or education preferred
• More than seven years of experience in Commercial Lines and the insurance industry
• Proficiency in agency management systems, specifically EPIC, and Microsoft Office products
• P&C Insurance License required upon hire
• Strong understanding of policy forms and endorsements
