New York Licensed Senior Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and maintain relationships with clients and carrier contacts
• Oversee the renewal and marketing process in collaboration with Account Executives and Advisors
• Communicate directly with clients and carriers, ensuring accurate maintenance of client files and policy records

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education preferred
• More than seven years of Commercial Lines and industry experience
• Proficiency in agency management systems, particularly EPIC, and Microsoft Office products
• P&C Insurance License required upon hire
• Strong understanding of policy forms and endorsements
