New York Licensed Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile corporate financial data for monthly and year-end closing of general ledgers, including journal entries and supporting documentation
• Perform account analysis and reconciliations, and prepare documentation for general ledger maintenance
• Reconcile bank accounts and assist in data compilation for external auditors as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Required)
• Accounting or Finance Degree (Preferred)
• Master's Degree (Preferred)
• 4-6 years' accounting/finance experience (Required)
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Required)
