Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee accounting staff and manage financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial close process ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks
• Supervise accounting staff and assist in their professional development
• Provide guidance for the implementation and maintenance of an internal control framework

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in accounting and financial operations; not-for-profit and international experience preferred
• BA/BS in Accounting, CPA, CA, or similar professional certification required
• Thorough knowledge of financial accounting standards and procedures
• Experience as a team-oriented leader with strong interpersonal skills
• Oracle NetSuite and NetSuite Planning and Budgeting tool experience a plus
