Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior R&W Broker.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and place transactional insurance products, preparing submissions and negotiating coverage
• Provide coverage and program design advice to the Transactional Solutions Client Advocate or Production Team
• Manage the claim process and maintain strong relationships with key carriers

Required Qualifications

• JD degree preferred
• 2 - 4 years of industry experience, preferably with M&A or complex insurance
• Must obtain an insurance broker's license within 60 days of employment
• M&A experience preferred or similar legal experience
• Demonstrates knowledge of core insurance principles
