Job Summary

Managing client relationships, the full-time New York Licensed Senior Client Manager will provide customer service and support for Private Client Services, focusing on business retention, new business development, and mentoring staff in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Foster and manage client relationships to ensure business retention and satisfaction
  • Develop new business opportunities and initiate the renewal process for existing clients
  • Conduct marketing, negotiate rates, and prepare proposals for insurance coverage
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Five or more years of related work experience in Private Client/High Net-Worth insurance
  • Valid insurance license and compliance with Continuing Education requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledgeable about private client customizable coverages
  • Experience in providing technical guidance and mentoring to staff
