New York Licensed Senior Clinical Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the assessment, design, and deployment of enterprise-wide clinical systems, the remote contract Senior Clinical Business Analyst will translate complex user needs into actionable technical specifications, optimize workflows, and mentor junior analysts across various Epic modules.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements and processes while communicating them to technical personnel through conceptual data models and technical specifications
- Interview end users and stakeholders to assess clinical needs and create comprehensive requirements documents
- Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts, overseeing their work products and facilitating process improvements across projects
Required qualifications
- New York State License and/or relevant specialty certification(s) preferred
- Master's degree or advanced clinical degree with two years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with five years of relevant experience
- 2-5 years of experience with Epic EMR and/or other clinical applications
- Experience in leading full life-cycle implementations is preferred
- Clinical background is preferred
