New York Licensed Senior Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines, Senior Consultant/Sr. AE to manage client relationships and oversee consulting projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong relationships with key clients, ensuring fulfillment of contracted services
• Oversee work performed by junior associates and mentor them in their roles
• Conduct P&C analysis and develop actionable programs to enhance client service offerings

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Four-year College or University Degree preferred
• 10+ years of P&C-related experience with an insurance carrier, consultant/broker, or in a risk management position
• Property & Casualty License required upon hire
• In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and ability to communicate this knowledge effectively
• Experience with EPIC or other CRM systems preferred
