Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel - Real Estate & Project Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee general corporate legal matters and manage corporate governance
• Negotiate and draft customer and vendor contracts, as well as other transactional documents
• Assist with legal compliance, data security, and manage the company's insurance program

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school
• Admission to the Bar of a U.S. state or the District of Columbia
• Five or more years of legal experience in a general corporate transactional practice
• Experience with project finance and/or asset-based lending is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
