Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded regulatory thought partner to Engineering, Product, and Operations teams, providing guidance on technology use in healthcare delivery
• Partner with the Compliance team on policy development, audit response, and legal interpretation of healthcare regulations
• Translate complex healthcare regulations into practical guidance for non-legal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-bar admittance legal experience with healthcare regulatory expertise
• Deep understanding of multi-state healthcare regulations in evolving environments
• Experience advising Engineering, Product, Operations, or Compliance teams in healthcare technology
• Proven ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable guidance
• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
