Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

• Own payer contracting strategy, aligning business interests with legal terms and regulations
• Build and implement systems for efficient high-value payer contract negotiations
• Review and negotiate terms of health plan agreements and partner with outside counsel

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-bar admittance legal experience with expertise in healthcare contracting
• In-house experience in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment
• Ability to build relationships and consensus amid competing views and priorities
• Builder's mindset, energized by creating structure where none exists
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
