Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Labor and Employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal advisor on labor and employment matters
• Build labor and employment infrastructure by designing and reviewing policies and procedures
• Train HR business partners and managers on labor and employment developments and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-bar admittance legal experience with a focus on labor and employment matters
• In-house experience in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment
• Ability to build relationships and consensus with colleagues
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
• Detail-oriented with a focus on clarity and effectiveness
