New York Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a New York Licensed Senior Counsel, the hybrid position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while developing compelling case themes and providing leadership to junior attorneys.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved school
• Active bar license in the State of New York
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proficiency in managing full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial
• Experience with time management systems and MS Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
