Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst/CDM Chargemaster to support the maintenance, compliance, and optimization of the hospital Charge Description Master (CDM).

Key Responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation to validate charge code builds and process new charge requests
• Maintain the CDM by updating charges and ensuring compliance with regulatory changes
• Audit charge capture for various services and coordinate with teams to support billing accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in hospital chargemaster maintenance and medical coding
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent credential required
• Advanced proficiency in Epic and familiarity with Meditech systems
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
