New York Licensed Senior Highway Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Highway Design Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform highway, interchange, and street design, including geometric design and drainage design
• Utilize engineering software and collaborate with CAD designers and subcontractors
• Independently develop engineering products that meet customer quality requirements and support multi-disciplinary design teams

Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Strong NYSDOT highway design experience
• 8+ years of experience with 3D design of major road projects
• P.E. License required
• Proficiency in CAD and other engineering software; knowledge of Bentley's InRoads and OpenRoads Designer is desired
