New York Licensed Senior Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time remote New York Licensed Senior Licensing Specialist will manage the end-to-end licensing process for new physicians, ensuring timely completion of applications and compliance with state regulations while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage licensing processes, including initiation, tracking, and communication of activities and expenses
• Ensure all new and current Imagen specialists have necessary licensure applications completed and up-to-date
• Communicate effectively with physicians and internal teams regarding licensing processes and support state board applications

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with physician license applications, including multi-state experience (IMLC and State Boards)
• Established contacts and relationships with state boards and the IMLC
• Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills with close attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, able to articulate next steps clearly to providers and stakeholders
