New York Licensed Senior PIP Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Attorney - Personal Injury Protection / No-Fault.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage all aspects of PIP / No-Fault / SIU litigation from inception through resolution
• Handle complex, high-exposure PIP matters using advanced litigation strategy and risk analysis
• Conduct SIU Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) and prepare detailed reports focusing on fraud indicators and compliance

Required Qualifications and Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar
• 5+ years of PIP / No-Fault litigation experience or equivalent transferable litigation experience
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a full litigation caseload with minimal oversight
• Experience conducting arbitrations, EUOs, depositions, and settlement negotiations
