Job Summary
As a key strategic partner, the full-time New York Licensed Senior Regulatory Counsel will provide regulatory guidance to Clinical and Operations teams in a remote setting, focusing on health laws and regulations to support innovative technology products in the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as an embedded regulatory thought partner, offering real-time guidance on clinical practice and telehealth modalities
- Collaborate with Clinical and Compliance teams on policy development and legal interpretation of healthcare regulations
- Translate complex healthcare regulations into practical guidance for non-legal stakeholders to facilitate compliance and business objectives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of post-bar legal experience with significant healthcare regulatory expertise
- Deep understanding of multi-state healthcare regulations, particularly in telehealth
- Experience advising Clinical, Operations, and Compliance teams in a healthcare technology environment
- Proven ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable guidance
- JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
