New York Licensed Senior Solution Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity startup, the full-time New York Licensed Senior Solution Engineer will partner with enterprise customers throughout the technical sales cycle, translating challenges into technical solutions while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to lead discovery sessions and deliver technical solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior security and network stakeholders, providing demos and technical workshops
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence product direction based on customer feedback

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer in Networking and/or Cybersecurity
• Strong hands-on experience with Network Security technologies such as Firewalls, VPNs, and Cloud platforms
• Deep understanding of SASE, SSE, and Zero Trust architectures
• Experience leading technical discovery, demos, and customer workshops
• Familiarity with AI security and emerging AI technologies is a strong advantage
