Key responsibilities
- Handle moderately complex and high exposure litigation cases
- Conduct legal research and develop defense strategies for a variety of clients
- Prepare legal documents and present evidence at trials and hearings with minimal supervision
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in New York State
- Minimum of 7 years of insurance defense legal experience
- Member in good standing of the NYS Bar Association
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Demonstrated expertise in handling claim cases and litigation
