Managing advanced real estate transactions, the full-time New York Licensed Senior Transaction Manager will oversee client deliverables, negotiate lease terms, and lead high-profile deals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide oversight and management of real estate services, focusing on contracts and negotiations
• Lead major transactions, including market optimization and site selection
• Compile tracking and reporting of client deliverables while managing day-to-day client interactions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of relevant work experience or a similar combination of education and experience
• Must obtain and hold a state real estate license
• Advanced understanding of lease language, reconciliation processes, and real estate taxes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong financing and budgeting skills
