A company is looking for a Remote Mortgage Underwriter specializing in Government loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate residential mortgage loan applications for compliance with policies and regulations
• Analyze borrower financials, credit reports, and property evaluations to assess risk
• Collaborate with loan officers and processors to expedite the underwriting process

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential mortgage underwriting experience (Frontline)
• DE certification required; VA certification is a plus
• Proficiency in Encompass is highly preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus
